We are a family run business from the UK. Our mission is to be as international as possible in order to make our customer experience as seamless as possible regardless of where you are located.
We ship from the UK, EU and we even ship some lines such as Hi Tech Pharma and Cloma Pharma from the US.
Due to the current global pandemic, there can be extensions on the delivery times below.
Depending on the specific product you have purchased, our delivery options and time frames differ. For standard delivery we aim to deliver within the following time frames:

*The times quoted are accurate for the most, but these may be longer due to order surges - Also note processing times of up to 7 days can occur especially during busy periods. This is on top of the delivery times quoted.
We kindly ask that you allow 2 - 4 weeks before submitting a refund request as on occasion there can be a delay to our service aims due to factors out of our control.
